Oddly enough, yes. I wasn't aware of this, but like West Virginia, Democrats seem to not win the White House without it (with rare exceptions.)
Who'da thunk it! I guess as Kentucky goes, so goes the nation in November, but not the Democratic primary (at least not this year).
